I contacted Alex after my buyers' inspection showed the sewer line was in need of replacement!! Alex was prompt in his response and was able to communicate with both parties to ensure the sewer line replacement was done before closing!! Alex was easy to work with & friendly. Great company to do business with! TLC will be the first I contact in the future!!

Meeting Alex as he was doing another job and asked if he could take a look at my issue with a backup of water from the main drain. Alex showed up a day later, tried to unclog, but noticed the issue went further down the main line out to the road. Old piping from the 40's and just deteration through many years. He put in the camera , showed me, explained the services, and cost up front. Even mentioned to call my homeowners insurance to see what they would cover. His team was extremely knowledgeable, pulled all permits, and worked around my schedule. Getting my home up and running even in the cold of winter. Worked out arrangements with payments in this pressing issue. Highly qualified, highly-rated, understanding, honest , very personable , patient, and trustworthy. Respectful, cleaned up , and checks back to make sure everything is perfect. TLC is true to its acronym

A few months ago I was selling my home. A sewer collapse showed on the inspection. This was not anticipated. I did not have the machines or knowledge to start digging up my yard. So, I called Alex.
